Hammerson has announced a significant milestone for Zara and Pull&Bear, both part of the Inditex Group, with a major expansion at Dundrum Town Centre in Dublin, Ireland. This development highlights Zara’s continued momentum in premium retail environments and signals growing demand for Inditex brands in high-traffic, mixed-use destinations.
Zara Upsizes with a 43% Larger Store
Zara Franchise is set to deliver a more dynamic and immersive customer experience at Dundrum Town Centre with an upgraded and refurbished flagship store. The expansion will increase the store’s footprint by 43%, growing from 26,300 square feet to an impressive 37,700 square feet. The enhanced store is scheduled to open in 2026 and will offer customers a refreshed layout and the latest store technology, reinforcing Zara’s reputation for innovative retail.

Pull&Bear Triples Its Space
Pull&Bear is also making a bold move within Dundrum Town Centre. The brand will relocate internally to a new space that triples its current footprint—from 2,477 square feet to 8,394 square feet—allowing for a broader product range and an upgraded shopping experience. The new Pull&Bear location is expected to open later this year.
A Stronger Customer Offering Through Diversification
The expansions of Zara and Pull&Bear come as Hammerson continues to elevate Dundrum Town Centre through strategic investments in both fashion and entertainment. Lane 7, a leading entertainment brand, recently launched a 14,500-square-foot venue offering bowling, augmented darts, ping pong, karaoke, and more—attracting customers beyond traditional retail hours.
Connor Owens, Managing Director of Asset Management (Ireland), commented:
“We continue to invest in and enhance our assets in Ireland through new social concepts and diversification of our occupier mix to drive footfall and customer engagement. Our success has resulted in more demand in Dundrum Town Centre, attracting new brands and concepts, most recently with the opening of Lane 7 bowling in January, and we are delighted with the expansion of Zara and Pull&Bear. As we look forward, there is a promising pipeline for the rest of 2025 which will feature new openings and firsts for Dundrum Town Centre.”
